Trading Systems Signals on February 3, 2022 - Hyperventilate and Buy the Dip

50K Portfolio, 1 Micro NQ 20 (LIVE) = +$400

200K Portfolio, 2 Micro SI 40 (LIVE) = +$400

(Based on open positions that can change by the close)

50K Portfolio OLD (Hypothetical) = -$337.50

200K Portfolio OLD (Hypothetical) = $1,315.00

Wild price action with earnings releases. The sell off went in out favor yesterday while the reversal rally went against us today. Both days were in our favor in spite of wild volatlity and massive mean reversion. The Nasdaq moved 300 points in 7 minutes at the end of the day on earnings. The markets seem to reverse all trends now 100% of the time intra-day - which isn't typical.

The end of day, after hours rally bought the stock indexes quickly back to its opening range. End of day parabolic trailing stop losses will be some of our next tests. Its an exit strategy Ive tested before but I'm curious on how it will work in this environment. Hyperventilate and buy the dip seems to be the mindset. Many market participants agree the snap backs and reversals are more extreme than we have previously seen.
