$50 Million in Profit on Election Night 2016


I wasn’t trading NightTrader on Election Night 2016…..


Billionaire Carl Icahn was trading his version of a going long the S&P futures at night after a limit down move in the S&P futures on election night. Word is he went long $1 billion worth of E-mini S&P futures on the limit down and made $50 million that night.


NightTrader took two trades that night, both profitable and traded through the limit down. Trading on election night is not for everyone!


March 13, 2020 was NightTrader’s best night with profits of $4,550…during the pandemic when the futures were almost limit down.
