January 7, 2020 Trades in Gold and Stock Indexes

The Stock Market is very choppy as is the trading in the Stock Index Futures. There is a strong bid by the bulls to hold the market up but not push it to new highs the last few days.

There has been an increase in selling pressure but the bulls are working to maintain current prices and disallow even a normal pullback in the market. This can make trading choppy.

The highlight on the day is Gold. The trend in Gold is clearly up and SR CounterTrend II, SR CounterTrend III and Asia Gold IV 2020 are the strategies taking advantage of the dip buying opportunity in precious metals futures.
