Live Trading System Signals on 02/23/2024

The live trades for the 250K Portfolio were +$75 today. We took a Viper NQ trade using Option 5 from yesterday's video, waited for a Fibonacci pullback and then exited just above the entry price as the market rolled over. Viper NQ is a good setup to begin after two losers in a row based on the hypothetical trading system signals. Initially this trade moved in our favor pretty quickly right after I entered the trade near to the exit price to reduce initial risk. Initially, it looked like a good trade and good entry price.

We are in research mode as we prepare for March - May which is historically one of the best times to trade automated trading systems. The market continues to send mixed signals and mostly choppy price action during the day throughout most of February.

Mixed signals include observations such as the VIX trading in the same direction as indexes on many days, 2.) Markets making big moves with less than normal follow through in the market internals, 3.) Extreme one-sided price action on the intra-day charts.

The hypothetical results for the 250K Portfolio, 67 strategy setup were -$3,655.

The hypothetical results for the Stock Index Portfolio 27 E-mini were -$610.00

The hypothetical results for the Stock Index Portfolio 27 Micro was -$60.50 taking the same trades as the E-mini.

There were no V-Reversal trades today. Our favorite Gap Fill Combo and Gap Continue I from the 2024 updates from Seven Trading Systems for the S&P Futures also did not trade.

It was a holiday shortened week. Four trading days left in the month. So far 2024, has been all about NVDA and AI. The Nasdaq is up 6.5% on the year. It was up 2.9% on the year at Wednesday's lows.

The RSI Divergence for the S&P continues as we have seen four major highs in the S&P with 4 lower highs in the RSI as "Divergences" and "Inversions" are the theme of 2024.
