New Strategy NQ Pulse

We are releasing NQ Pulse on 05/23/2025 for trade starting on 05/27/2025 (Monday 05/26/2025 is a holiday). I have been working on this all week.

The bullet points are:

  • Replaces VSD NQ DT ON released earlier this week

  • Trades on Micro or E-mini NQ

  • Requires data from Tradestation either in Tradestation or as a data feed to Multicharts

  • Can trade either 1 or 2 contracts with 2 long signals/2 short signals (unique to our strategies)

  • Stop loss is based on the position and not a per contract basis (unique to our strategies)

  • Added to Stock Index Portfolio to start Stock Index Portfolio 18 on Tuesday.

Subscribers will receive the updates before Tuesday's trade.

We discuss the details for these bullet points including the backtests in the video.

The Portfolio Calculator has been updated to include this strategy.

The Web App has been updated to include this strategy but it is not accurate yet for this strategy. It can take a significant amount of time to do what might seem simple. Trying to write trades to a file to read in the Web App when you have two overlapping signals will require more coding to make it accurate.
