Rollover Alert - Stock Indexes

Today, we start trading the June contract in the stock indexes. Be sure to roll your contracts to June. The best way to do this is to load the @ES and @NQ (or @MES and @MNQ) in Tradestation going back one year and make sure the yellow PD that shows up in the left corner goes away. Once you do this close and re-open the workspace. Re-booting can also be beneficial.

For my Tradestation strategies only data1 should be changed.

The symbols should change the "H" for March to "M" for June. Some examples to change:

@ESH25 to @ESM25

ESH25 to ESM25 @MESH25 to @ESM25

MESH25 to MESM25

@NQH25 to @NQM25

NQH25 to NQM25 @MNQH25 to MNQM25

MNQH25 to @MNQM25

You can also clear the cache first before reloading. It is important that if you reload the data after clearing the cached or waiting for the yellow PD to go away, you need to close and re-open the workspace so the strategy can then see the updated data.

In Multicharts, when using continuous contracts, it is important to reload the data in the Quote Manager for the continous backadjusted data.

In NinjaTrader, our latest strategy Viper 2025 NQ v2 uses the front month for all three data series so the NQ 03-25 would need to be changed in the strategy settings to NQ 06-25. In NinjaTrader, I like to right reload the data on the chart to make sure it updates.
