Shorting Rallies in Stock Indexes - How and Why V-Reversals?

We highlight a short trade in the V-Reversal NQ trading system today. The Nasdaq 100 futures are down on the year for its day session with all of the net gains occurring during the night session. Using a trading system to short rallies can make sense in this market.

March 2020 through December 16, 2021 marked the largest 21 month bull market cycle for the night session (4:00 pm EST to 9:30 am EST). March 2023 through today marks an almost equally large 21 month bull market cycle for the night session (4:00 pm EST to 9:30 am EST). If this cycle lines up in the same way, Monday could be the beginning of a new bear market in this extremely overbought bull market. While these types of predictions can be full of folly, shorting rallies in the day session has been an underlying trend in this bull market and could persist. Trading systems allow traders to trade with stop losses and manage risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The V-Reversal trading system can be traded for your through Auto Trade.

The V-Reversal trading system can also be leased for individual subscriptions.
