We have a special offer this holiday weekend as we prepare for December and look at strategies to trade in 2025.
The 50K Portfolio and the Top 50 Select are two portfolios released at the end of March 2024. The out of sample results for each since April 1, 2024 are:
50K Portfolio = $66,770 with a $25,487.50 drawdown
Top 50 Select = $119,695 with a $31,980 drawdown
These portfolios struggled in October with the election cycle but came back in November.
These are hypothetical results and are different than the portfolio results we report daily for our live trading. Many of the strategies listed in these portfolios are in the larger portfolios. The specific set of strategies in the larger portfolios reported on a daily basis are more extensive and have different cycles. The live trading results have also been profitable during this same timeframe but have endured a more challenging election cycle.
The Top 50 Select is unique in the way it was developed. It was developed based on the concept of the best 50 strategies based on stability of drawdown curve. The stability of drawdown curve is a concept that I have been working on. I am testing and developing python scripts to automate the process.

These portfolios are listed in the Portfolio Calculator, updated through Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
The special offer for these portfolios starts today and lasts through Monday afternoon. The Top 50 Select is in a 19K drawdown. Starting live trading after the portfolios are in a drawdown allows the trading account to miss some of the initial losses and finance the cost of a subscription.
