The news driven markets were back on in full force in Wednesday's trade. The stock indexes surged at the open, retraced nearly 100% of the move, surged again in the afternoon to new highs on the day, followed by an approximate 38.2% Fibonacci Retracement at the end of the day before moving higher into the close and into the overnight session.
