Trading System Signals on 03-03-2026

The geopolitical trade would have made more sense if it was preceded by a strong sell off in the indexes. The rally yesterday was weak and the stock indexes sold off in the overnight session.


The VIX hit 28 in early price action today, and stock indexes bottomed around 10:30 am EST, one hour into the session, after taking out the lows on the year in the Nasdaq 100. After the first hour, the market spent the day grinding higher to work back towards the range it has been in.


The market works to dismiss any sort of news or fundamentals and the Nasdaq keeps chasing to get back to 25,000.


The portfolios showed small gains across the board. Silver is still not recommended but we continue to track it.
