Trading System Signals on 10-23-2025

It was a good day to take long trades in the stock indexes for some nice gains. Two days in a row our Two System Portfolio NQ did not trade. The main strategy in that portfolio is V-Reversal which typically trades daily. It was a low volatility rally in the indexes volatility has been crushed with the VIX back to the 17 handle after hitting 28 just last Friday.


Even though we have not been receiving economic data, we should get CPI tomorrow. It's an essential economic data point for calculating social security checks.


The bid in the overnight session would indicate that insiders believe inflation is "cooling" and more rate cuts are coming.
