Russia withdraws troops from the Ukraine border and the market rallied for about 30 minutes in the middle of the night. Prior to the rally, the market was very choppy. After the rally the market was very choppy. It was a small down day with FOMC minutes being released tomorrow. The market just looks like it is being dragged up against its will. Was Putin just trying to drive up the price of Crude Oil and exacerbate inflation in the US?
