Proteus V4 Update - Boosting the Average Trading Profit

Proteus V4 is our Level II trading algorithm exclusively for NinjaTrader 8. We test this strategy using Market Replay in NinjaTrader 8. In this latest version we add a range filter that improves the average trade profit from approximately $50 per trade to $80. While this is not officially an HFT (high frequency trading) that takes 1000's of trades per minute, this is higher frequency than our typical strategy.


There are many more ideas and tests along with future updated revisions. We are also working on some subscriber suggestions and a Members Area for this active trading algorithm. The annual subscription rate will soon become the quarterly subscription, so the current price provides a discount and good timing and allows a subscription to be "locked in" at a lower rate.

Data can sometimes become a limiting factor for the strategy software provided by Capstone Trading Systems. NinjaTrader 8 offers Level II market replay but does not include some of our favorite market internal data that is included in Tradestation. This is why some strategies are only offered in Tradestation while other strategies are only offered in NinjaTrader.


There is a way to send strategies from Tradestation to NinjaTrader. This is one of my most popular youtube videos. In this video, we show to send signals from Tradestation to NinjaTrader to be executed at Interactive Brokers in the Trader Workstation. The same principle can be applied to any NinjaTrader connected broker.
